Our Data Protection Policy explains how we ensure that the Personal Data we collect is processed correctly and securely, in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and other related legislation. It will apply to information regardless of the way it is collected, used, recorded, stored and destroyed, and irrespective of whether it is held in paper files or electronically.
If you feel that Data Cymru have mishandled your data, you have the right to complain.
